Default PS Pulley looks a wee tight to you?

I'm in the middle of installing the Turner power pulley set. The power steering pulley wedges against one of the pump mount bolt heads. So either I'm doing some a bit stupid or the pulley has too much diameter. Thw water pump pulley fits fine. Thoughts?
Thanks,
Joe

Move the bolt head washer. You will likely need to dremel it off.

Turner p/n T#340390?

T#340391 is for 323/328.

Check your part numbers and fitments.

Yes, I could cut away the problem but it is unfortunate the fit isn't right. The mount bolts are new and to spec (that is a wave washer). I'm pretty sure the bolt head would have to be cut with or without the washer. I could just go back to stock as well. Annoying.
Maybe I can find a torx or fillister head bolt with a smaller head diameter. I don't need much. Thanks.

I emailed Turner. I'll see what they have to say. Thanks.

I would personally cut away the pulley before touching the OE side.

Is this your pulley? TEM3610004
See third image....your pulley image does not have the TEM3610004 marking as depicted on Turner website....mis-packaged?

You could be right. Or mine is an older part number (I bought it about 9 months ago). Turner got back to me and is looking into it. I'll post back what I find out. Thanks!
