Default Clutch help. Forced induction

What’s everyone running for clutches with their turbo/supercharged cars? I want to be able to run full boost and not worry about it. I felt some slipping on my race gas map the other day which has me concerned. Something that will hold lots of power and abuse but still drive somewhat decent. Thanks fellas

I know some FI guys still stick with stock clutches. Those can handle even 500hp. With single mass flywheel there are some conversion kits with spring clutch discs.

What kind of FI are you running? With S/C cars, you're running less torque than N/A due to the parasitic drag below roughly 5000rpms so a stock clutch will hold. I dyno'd at 500whp and I'm still on my stock clutch at 92k miles.

This is good info. Im doing a 6mt swap and put down 440whp (93 degrees with 60+% humidity) on a mustang dyno.

This will save me monies.

It’s a stage 2 maximum psi kit so it puts down a lot of torq on the high boost map
