Default Coding/Tuning on a Macbook Pro using Parallels/Vmware/Bootcamp ?

As the title states. Is anyone coding/tuning their cars on a MBP using a virtual machine. I originally coded my car a few years back using an ancient ibm thinkpad which is no longer up to the task of even being powered on. I now have a MBP w/ touch bar and was wondering how many of you are coding using apple pc's. Could your share your thoughts on what VM software I should use and why?

Thanks in advance

I run all my Audi and BMW coding software through Parallels on my MBP.

I don't recall what exactly made me decide on Parallels over VMWare at the time, but I've been running it for a couple years with no issues and have no complaints with the performance.

I boot up windows 10 through boot camp. Works flawlessly.
