Default Thinking about going from 265 up to 275/30/19. Do they rub?

Its time for some new tires in the rear on my e46 M3 so I was thinking about going from 265 up to 275/30/19 in the ps2 tire. Should I be ok? or will I have problems? Does anything rub on this setup? I'm running the Dinan JRZ Stage 2 Suspension. Any help out there? Thanks all.

You should be fine. Most people have this setup.

What about the fronts? Will a 245 fit up front? It looks like it might be tight. I still have the factory suspension setup with the 18" rims.
