Default giubo/flex disk difference auto trans vs manual?

I was checking part numbers for my 1998 M3 with automatic transmission, as there are many offers for the manual version at relatively low(er) prices on the internet, but for the auto trans they are more expensive and not often in the auction house.

Using my VIN for 02/98 M3 with auto trans

auto trans needs
UNIVERSAL JOINT LK/bolt hole=96MM/12 26112226842
Centering sleeve 26117526611

a manual 1998 M3 would need
UNIVERSAL JOINT LK/bolt hole=96MM/12 26112226527
Centering sleeve 26117526611

Centering sleeves are the same p/n, from the drawings on realoem I cannot see a difference, but as there are different part numbers, there must be something different.

Anyone knows the difference(s)? Or uses in the auto a flex disk with p/n for the manual version?
Maybe the hardness of the material is different? Or dimensions besides the bolt hole diameter?
Thanks
