Awesome.. friggin awesome!

There's some E60 in there.. mixed with E90 and E92 and then for sure the best parts of the new 7 Series..

Definitely the best looking BMW for me in the last decade.. it's coin toss with the new Z4..

Edit.. and looking again.. I can't believe how much E92 3 Series coupe I see in there.. from every angle.. a very sleek machine indeed.

Ekaru I agree with you. BMW is making a come back finally! I def. like the way this 5 series looks compared to the last generation.

I can't wait for the upcoming M3 now... These just look much MUCH better than the Bangled cars.

Sounds promising..

Quote:
In the flesh the low bonnet and shark-like nose give it a sportier and more elegant look than the formal styling of the outgoing model. In fact it appears more like a bigger brother for the 3-series than a down-sized version of the 7-Series we all expected. Something which Adrian van Hooydonk , design chief for the BMW Group claims is a coincidence: It looks closer to the 3-Series because weve taken a sportier direction with the design. In turn, the design for the new 3-Series will have to be even sportier, he revealed.

I like it although it really looks similar to the 3 series sedan from the side/back.
