Well since yo asked, I paid less than the price you have listed 2 years ago for my 03.5 Vert so perhaps if you drop the price 2K it might start to move.

To be honest, if this car was TiAg I would have already offered to buy it from you, but I am looking exclusively for TiAg...

Good luck with your sale, your car looks clean.

Exactley. Just a couple K would do the trick. Bump for a clean AW nonetheless.

To be honest, I have been looking for a M3 also. But there are a few on autotrader that are 2005-2007 that have much less mileage and are a few thousand cheaper.

Take a look at the factory options (what makes the car 61k new) and the work done that would NEED to be done anyhow on the bushings and Suspension. I am getting good interest from craigslist in the high 24's now.

by the way there is no such thing as a 2007 M3

I seriously don't get it. This car way below retail value. Crappy front control arm bushings replaced, RTAB's replaced, new rear tires, new front brakes, every option available, car is straight and nearly flawless... nobody wants it! Might be time for ebay....

Price is king. And fixing the car up pretty much never pays off when you sell it. Buyers usually look at the price/age/miles, and heavily discount ("completely ignore" might be a bit too strong) any maintenance/repairs you did to the car. The fact that nobody buys the car simply means that it's too expensive, at least for the people who saw the ad. So you either need to expose the car to more potential buyers, or lower the price. On the price front, imagine a little thought experiment -- if you were offering it for a ridiculously low amount, like $5K, it would be gone immediately. If, on the other hand, you wanted clearly too much for it, $40K, for example, it would never sell. By moving your selling price between these two extremes you can essentially control how quickly the car sells.
