My car has a similar noise, I'm pretty sure it's the belts and I'll be changing them next week. Will let you know if it changes anything Also on cold starts I have a sound as if there are birds under my hood, its there for about ten seconds and disappears. I have no idea what that can be but I've seen a couple people on here have the same thing and haven't had issues, so I'm not too worried about it.

My car has the same chirping noise when its cold. Good to hear I'm not the only one.

When my belts were going I had that. Since they were changed, all is quiet.

I just went through this same thing. Mine turned out to be the idler pulley. OP if I was you I would go ahead and change out the idler pulley, tensioner pulley, and the drive belts. The bearings in these pulley are known for going bad w/ high mileage.
