Often there (should) be a punched out stamp on the driver's door seal area on the car that shows what recall work has been performed. Depending on who did the work, it might not be there. Calling the dealer is your best bet.

How many miles are on your car? Rod-bearings are a wear-and-tear item. Eventually they will need to be replaced, regardless of if they were swapped during the recall or not. When they will need to be replaced will depend on how many miles (and thus wear) are on them since being installed (whether original or recall replaced). The best way to monitor their health is via a Blackstone Oil Analysis. The kit is free, the cost to run the analysis is cheap ($25-$35) and the benefit is enormous, even if it is just for peace-of-mind. Best thing to do if you are unsure, is plan to have an oil analysis done during your next oil change. Just request the free kit ahead of time.

I have 130k miles and they were replaced long time ago so i'm due. Does the oil has to be relatively new or older oil will be ok? i have a bottle of my last oil change and was wondering if i can use that or should i wait till next replacement to send that over to blackstone? I have the kit from blackstone already..

Called the dealer, they won't give me the service history of the car, only if it had been serviced there. They checked on recall status but said that they couldn't send me anything due to some privacy act.
