I think CSL springs and konis (or Bilsteins like a memeber here has done) on full soft would be a smashing combo!

Thanks guys, guess I'll stick with stock unless I can find a set of CSL springs for a reasonable price

Hard to find used! And new are a bit expensive.
Stock or Eibachs (if you want it a tad lower).

Finished my install. Here's Koni adjustables paired with Tein s-tech springs. I'm pretty happy with the ride, compliant for a daily while providing a nice drop. No rubbing anywhere.

Nice. What wheels are those? VMR v703? Wheel and tire sizes? I've been wanting to switch to a darker wheel lately.

Yessir V703 in gunmetal. 18x8.5 et35 front 18x9.5 et22 rear. 235/40 and 265/35, respectively. Nothing too extreme for a daily.

To contribute to the thread: I set the Konis at full soft after recommendations here. No complaints.

Recieved my Konis today.
Taking them out of the box Koni has set them to full soft?

Probably, but I would just make sure my self. The fronts are really easy. You have to completely compress the rears before turning them. My trick to to stick the top of the shaft upside down in a vice (with rubber jaw covers) and then use my body weight to compress the shock body, then turn - just remember you're upside down when determining whether to determine to turn clock or counter-clockwise. I don't remember off the top of my head, but the white knob that comes with the shocks will tell you.

Thanks Tyler!!
Yes fronts are easy.
I was mostly asking for the rears.
I will sure check them before installation.

I replaced my AC Schnitzer shocks with koni yellows and run them with my old AC Schnitzer springs. I initially had them at the softest setting and it was too underdamped, so I went up 2 clicks and this setting feels about right. It's still a pretty stiff ride, but the handling is incredible. I'm also running GC camber plates with -2.3 degrees in the front. I'm considering getting softer springs since I daily my car, but I'm happy with it for now.
