We are increasing the size of the crank pulley and then resizing the rest of the pulleys so that the ancillaries remain at the same speed.
The reason for this is so that we can run a larger supercharger pulley further improving belt traction and life. The larger surface are we have on the supercharger pulley they better it is.

We do not want to be using tiny little pulleys when spinning the blower to it's maximum. It just doesn't work from experience.

Rodger that, I was not suggesting you make a cheap product either. I was merely stating that if you have a great supercharger kit that runs low boost and enhances the car, please make it a good VALUE for us...adding CF for seemingly no performance reason is just going to add to the price.

Keep up the good work, still loving my evolve tune.

I know what you mean don't worry :-)

Cast aluminium will definitely be the cheapest option.

We will explore all avenues.

We may even consult you guys and see if you think the difference in say a CF plenum vs a cast one is something you would be willing to consider.

CF would sound better too and as mentioned, the weight savings so high up will be something that I know people will warmly welcome.

Its going to be a nice kit.
Look at those pulleys, beautiful. I would buy just those if I could...

Right on! This is exciting...I LOVE that evolve has not forgotten about the e46M3. I think optional manifold would be an awesome feature/upgrade for those that have the cash and want it to look really sick under the hood.

Nothing wrong with the Vortech- its all in the kit and the tune. Plenty of midrange for me. I am glad Evolve is getting into this- everyone benefits.
