Well honestly, I didn't have a metric ruler so I converted the driver side 53mm that is approximately 2 inches and the passenger side 43mm that is approximately 1.6 inches then compare that to what I had and mine was off by approximately 0.4 inches (||||) too high or too low. Hope this make it clearer.

It's time the U.S. convert to metric.
