I rigged mine up to a Clapper. I was sick of replacing dull keys. I have a strange obsession with putting the key in and pulling it out at a rapid rate over and over.

So you stopped putting the key in and got the clap...It doesn't usually work that way.

1. Put transmission in neutral
2. Turn key and HOLD 3. As fast as you can, stomp on the clutch pedal and immediately release This gives you the shortest "starter on" time possible. (Note: for automatics, you'll need to do: 2a. Install manual transmission-- but only the first time) ![]()
