Place a block under the jack stand. Dents in the jack positions are from improper jacking of the car. You have to use the whole jack point.

Its weird because of jacks bend toward the left even though I tried really hard to make sure its center... so weird

Think about it...when the M3 is placed on a lift...the lifting points are placed under the rubber lifting pads. That's what they were designed for...lifting the car. Dealers use them all the time when working underneath your car...depending on the type of lifts they have.
Both my rear ones are bent.
