Apparently, the current market does not agree with the OP which is not surprising. Will have to see what happens on BaT depending on where the reserve is set.

My guess is the reserve amount on BaT will probably be close to what the starting bid was on ebay.

The current pool of the majority of buyers are looking for cheap E46 M3s regardless of actual condition. There are many members and non-members with actual knowledge whom are surprised it didn't sell within a week. Again, before one assumes the value, do the math, actually read what is listed, look at the pics of the condition then compare it to other E46 M3s for sale. But then again, most people don't even know their car is messed up and call it "mint" right? This car isn't for everyone otherwise I would have just sold it for dirt already.

I'm rooting for you, OP. We need to get to Doug DeMuro's $100k prediction somehow.

On the other hand, it's still a modded 11 year old car with > 100k miles with the expected maintenance for its age. An itemized list looks nice, but nothing on there is above and beyond what the typical member here does.

I'm sure it's in great condition, but I (or a potential buyer) has to take that on faith; it's not like we know you personally. And regardless of what they cost you, many of the items you have will turn off much of the market willing to pay a premium (eibachs, pioneer radio, push button start, Kumho tires, and poly bushings jump out to me).

This car was never advertised as bone stock, low mileage, preserved and never driven for collectors or wannabe purists. The premium is for the sum of the total package. The condition alone of both the exterior and interior should give any "smart" person an idea of how the car was taken care of mechanically. When you buy any used car of course you take it on faith, even a collector grade car or bone stock car with extremely low mileage because maybe it wasn't stock before. I personally wouldn't let reversible mods I disagree with deter me from buying a car because what I don't like I'd change it anyways. A typical M3 owner will mod the car up to his/her personal taste well beyond what is on this car currently.
