Default '96 & '99 Manual M3 Coupe Part Out, Track/Aftermarket Parts

I have two M3's I'm parting out. Both have Dove/Grey interior. I'm keeping one shell for a track build, but I do have Estoril panels to pick from. Combined I pretty much have a whole car to sell. Including Harmon Kardon speakers, etc. I also have tons of misc parts I've collected over the years.

The following major items are gone:
- Seats
- Diff/Tranny/Engine

Options:

Harmon Kardon, ASC (Standard?), Rear Spoiler

Goodies/Aftermarket Extra's:

- Bimmerworld rubber tranny mounts w/aluminum caps: $50
- Front & Rear Carbotech XP8 (50% remaining): $100
- Rotors galore: Various
- Vorshlag Camber Plates (OEM '99 spring width, red top, mint, low miles): SOLD
- Bilstein PSS9's (Oldish, Coming soon): SOLD
- Polyflex Race/Black RSM (Coming soon): SOLD
- OMP 802HF 6-pt Harness (Lightly Used, FIA 2019): SOLD
- NIB VAC Spherical 12mm RSM: SOLD
- BimmerWorld Performance/Track Engine Mounts - SOLD

I also have tons of misc parts I've collected over the years, so if you need something I may have it.

All proceeds are going towards a cage for a track car build. I'll start [yet another] build thread once things get rolling and link here.

Shipping from 32259 (FL) not included

I'll try to get some pics/prices up ASAP. Thanks for looking

Clean center console, boot (Knob sold) - $90

Manual swap stuff (master, slave, lines, pedals, sensors)

Do you have an hk amp, front mid bass speakers and rear speakers for hk as well by chance? I have a 99 m3 coupe. If you don't need the passenger seat belt assembly I could use that as well as my doesn't retract.

What kind of struts were used with the camber plates you are selling?

Any idea if it will work with my following setup? (this is what I have):

- Spring Perch OEM Style Springs, 96-99 M3/Z3 M
- Strut Style Bilstein Sport (14SQ/M14x1.5)

Dibs on camber plates if it works!!

Thank you.

Yes, I have all those. $220 + shipping. The HK is out of a '96. Not sure if that matters. I think the head unit may have changed at some point. Not sure about the amp.

They came off of PSS9's with stock/honeycomb springs, which originally had OEM strut mounts. Presumably bore diameter would be the same for your struts since they use the OEM perches.

I also have some NIB VAC 12mm spherical RSM's that I forgot to list. $140 shipped

So I'm browsing the Vorshlag website and it looks like PSS9 shows (14SQ/14) and my Bilstein Sport shows (14SQ/M14x1.5) - whatever that 1.5 means...not even sure.

Also you said you used honeycomb style springs but the springs I have on the car are OEM type (Eibach sport springs to be exact but they are oem style'ed and not the same type of springs you find in coilovers)

At this point, I'd say it probably won't work? Might have to talk to Vorshlag myself later on and see unless you have more input to give me.

Thanks again.

Check the install pdf. IIRC it talks about it. I'll look when i get home later. 1.5 is the thread pitch.

I just checked and I have the 12mm variety. If the shafts are both 14mm in diameter (I assume that's what SQ means), then I suspect all you would need is the Bilstein Sport bolt, which appears to be different than a typical nut.

You might call vorshlag and see if they can retrofit and/or provide you the proper Bilstein Sport top bolt.

Ronin - thanks for checking. I actually called Vorshlag yesterday and they told me it could work but they will need to supply me with part(s) that will cost around $45.

I forgot what exactly what he was saying since my mind was drifting away when I called the worker, but it sounds like it shouldn't be too hard to modify/add-on/get the part to make it work with my current setup.

Could you send me a PM with detailed pictures?

Thank you
