Default Insurance coverage -- who do you have?

In order to avoid the insurance fiasco I had with my last M3, I've been looking at getting a policy with a "Guaranteed Value".

I've been working with Hagerty today and have received a quote with a guaranteed value that I picked.

Has anyone here had experience with Hagerty? I did google this and found mixed reviews from classic/collector car owners.

If not Hagerty, who do you use?

Obviously the majority of our M3's don't fall into the NADA/KBB values that the standard insurance policy covers.

I was using grundy but switched to American Classics because the give multi car discount as I have standard insurance with USAA.

Hagerty- reputable, super easy to deal with and you can pretty much get insured online, just need to email pics of the car, including engine bay & trunk.

my grundy quote was way more than hagerty and american classic is significantly less than both. So american classics covers your daily too? Ive heard good things about hagerty but the only thing holding me back is the fact that they require you to have a daily driver but dont cover it. this means I would have to shell out another several hundred bux a year to cover my daily through some other company.

No USAA covers my Daily but since the two work hand in hand. Both give me multicar discount which offsets the fact I live 2 towns from a town that has crime and caused my rates to go back up when I moved back here this summer.

Hagerty on both BMWs.

I've heard nothing but good things about their claims handling.

Hagerty & the agreed (or guaranteed) value...whatever they call it.
Also, don't fall for their "roadside assistance" program.

They'll enroll you automatically and then charge you for it. Ask for it to be removed as long as you have some other roadside program or don't use those anyway.
