None whatsoever. aurora's rings were designed to clear all headlight housings. Here's an example of what I'm referring to:

Angled shots of aurora showing proper headlight housing ring clearance:

Closeup shot of Orion II high beam ring with shroud replaced: making contact in 10 o clock position:

Closeup shot of Orion II low beam/projector ring with shroud replaced: making contact in 2 o clock position:

Extended view shots of aurora, offering plenty of ring clearance:

Extended view:

Aurora required no modifications to the existing headlight assembly and can be removed if the vehicle is traded in/sold with no evidence of installation.

Does your 30 LED kit fit just as well as the 60LED kit or will that kit need trimming of the shroud?

The Orion II kit we installed would have required trimming of the headlight shroud if left on the vehicle, here's an example:

Orion II made contact on both the projector and high beam rings. This was present on previous MYCARR/Chromium kits also and the first thing we set our minds to correct.

Because of the ring design on aurora, you will not see this problem - thus, no trimming necessary.
