Default engine build/performance build school

whats up guys..anybody here know how to build an engine from the bottom up? im looking for a school that teaches it. eventually, i want to be able to know how to build an engine, performance or just factory-and never spend a dime(other than parts), if, lets just say-i blow it up racing. any thoughts?
