Long time lurker first time poster, the car is currently in storage so pictures are limited for now. If the weather warms up, I'll try to get some more.

Shortly after getting my M3 I did the SMG to 6MT conversion. I followed the diy from this form religiously, I only used new OE parts and the bell housing was done by Kavi.

I purchased this M3 in Georgia a little over 3 years ago with 79k miles. It spent most of its life in southern states and I've always stored it during winter so rust isn't an issue. It was first sold in Pennsylvania and moved to Alabama in 2008, eventually making its way to georgia where I bought it in December of 2016.

Here’s the major things that I’ve done to to the car:

80,239 miles Dec. 2016 - valve adjustment, new thermostat, new drive belts, new air filter, new fan clutch, aux kit installed and oil changed.
80,821 miles Mar. 2017 - Changed differential, power steering and brake fluid.
81,186 miles Mar. 2017 - Beisan vanos oil pump disk and sealing plate kit installed, loctite on intake cam bolts.
81,402 miles Apr. 2017 - 4 new tires and alignment.
82,937 miles Jun. 2017 - New spark plugs.
83,110 miles Jul. 2017 - SMG to 6MT, new CPV and transmission fluid.
84,655 miles Sep. 2017 - Oil changed.
84,858 miles Oct. 2017 - Plastic fan blades replaced.
86,336 miles Mar. 2018 - New accessory belt tensioner, Supersprint gen 2 muffler installed, Turner power pulley kit installed, ICV cleaned, front passenger wheel replaced due to small bend that happened before my ownership and oil changed.
91,482 miles May 2019 - Eibach springs installed, oil changed.
92,875 miles Jan. 2020 - Coolant flush, power steering line replaced, Supersprint muffler removed and oil changed.

Most of the issues the car has are cosmetic. The front of the car has a number of small rock chips and the wheels don’t look the greatest (no curb rash but some areas the paint is stained and peeling). The driver's seat has normal wear and one of the side bolsters doesn’t inflate. The alcantara steering wheel is also worn. Also the rod bearings have not been replaced and the subframe mounting points have not been reinforced. I have a Vince bar kit that I never got around to installing, I can include it with the car if wanted.

That's all I can think of for now, I’ll do my best to answer any questions.

Bump and price drop to $19,000

I've got my eye on another car and hoping for a quick sale.
