Default Moderators - Access to FI forum?

I noticed that there are a few threads (stickies) that are closed. How can I get access to them? I am a long time forum member and trying to research super chargers.

Please let me know. Thanks.

That's odd. I thought the FI section was open to all members?

I can't see anything besides the mod post. I guess I've just never paid attention to it.

Hopefully a mod can help you out.

I don't know if there's a distinction between locked and closed.
I've seen a number of locked threads; you can read through the thread, you just can't post to it anymore.
