Umm....are you talking about invisibulbs? Those things are never as bright as uncoated bulbs.

I like the idea of LEDs as you should never have to replace them again... and lifetime components are okay with me.

That said, i want full brightness more than I want lifetime bulbs.

Good ol' BMW. Take $10 invisibulbs from Pep Boys, slap a BMW parts sticker on it, charge $65. Laugh all the way to the bank.

Also, not LED.

I just ordered some DEPO LED corners from JleviSW, smoked/amber. I'll get some picts/video whenever they show up.

What do you mean no? Those are invisibulb / stealth bulbs....whatever they're called. They're just amber bulbs with a silver coating

They are not those same crappy, invisibulb/stealth bulb. They may be the same concept to them, but are OEM quality and lack the yellow color and emit a stock amount of light. They have OEM part numbers through BMW.

The concept may be the same, but these are a better option.

Ian, let us know what you choose, Im trying to find a good amber LED option as well, just i dont want to risk burning the plastic, or having them burn out or anything.

I bought those OEM ones, just for peace of mind, bc OEM is a pretty safe bet that they will work properly.

My $.02. I had these turn signals in my TL:

(they also make plain amber bulbs).

The one thing I didn't like was how little light they put out. Looking directly at the lights, they appear super bright, but the light output from behind the wheel is less than 1156A bulbs.

I saw these that look interesting as well (and it's an E46 ):
