I must ask.. How does one squeeze these through a tight space and mate them with the head? Getting two-piece headers through from underneath can be a PITA if the angle isn't right, and I can't imagine getting these in, especially with the integrated sec. 1 and car on jack stands.

Section 1 and the headers do seperate for easier install/work... but yes it was a very tight fit to fit these headers up to the side of the head and difficult to get to the bottom bolts compared to other header installs. But all in all install was straight forward and no issues arrised.

We weren't ducking your posts. Although not the most popular policy by Frank it's one he had to make. Tuning a FI car remotely is a lot more involved for him.
Understood and that rounds it out. Thank you. Didn't see that reply so I'll stop posting now.
Hopefully Frank makes it to CA sometime since my car wont make it to MD. Enough OT.

Headers look great!

The standard here should be an HJS catted setup - that should be the benchmark. Castles is not really relevant for 98% of us.

Man the one time I wish I didn't already have headers installed!! These look great! Looking forward to seeing Dyno results and pricing.

Because these headers are unlike any other header currently offered, I would say that it's recommended to update the tune (whether it's an NA or FI engine) to take FULL advantage of the unique design. This isn't a TTFS thing, it's just how engines work.
So true. When I first installed my SGT Headers it was a noticeable difference but with Franks Tune (not a custom tune) it really woke up the engine. It was like installing headers all over again!

The ones installed are catted. It has a single cat in section 1

Did I miss that somehow? Looking closely it's hard to tell. If so then yes!!!

Edit - these are on your car? I'm trying to keep up here. What is the brand/cell count of cat?

Yeah its in there.. i went from a completely catless setup to this cated setup and still improved in power in preliminary runs... id assume the catless option coukd yeild more power gains but i agree that using a cated example should be the benchmark.

Thats what i was i refering to initially. Its a much more tunned uniform sound as oppose to the crazy raspy sound. The setupd is still loud but not as in your face as a wide open catless setupd. Id really like to see this setup vs the catless section 1 version .
