Preliminary scans needed to be cleaned up. Should have them in 2 weeks. From there I need to find the best mfgr.

It takes all of 5 minutes to remove your bumper to measure.

I have a piece but it's at the garage and I won't be back in town for another two weeks, or I'd measure it.

They've been measured, it's down to manufacturing.

Any update? If this is dead then I'll just buy some foam and cut to measure myself. It's an instance where I don't think CAD/3D printing precision is really a must...

Nice job. It is my recommendation to attach them with Ultra Black Silicone. Lasts forever and can take the abuse of removing/installing the bumper repeatedly.
