Depends. If your lead is high enough, I'd start planning on rod bearing replacement now before I'd wait for another two samples worth of miles.
you'd kind of have to search this thread and others, but they exist, showing high lead, then bearings they took out.
If it (or copper, etc is marginally high, then yeah, look for a trend vs making a single data point decision.

Anybody know what increased molybdenum, titanium and calcium are indicative of? They are high on my report, but blackstone doesn't seem to be concerned about it.
