So what is going to be the cost of the repairs? And if they totaled it what was going to be the payout? If the numbers were right that could have been the better option.

Repair cost right now is at 6k with the wheels. And they said the total value of the car is 11k. So in this case its better to just get it fixed under his insurance.

D3lla, sorry for your loss, definitely doesn't look that bad.

What happened to the guy that was in a similar situation and was trying to prove to the insurance company the market value for an Estoril M3? He was looking for For-Sale Ads of low mileage M3s. Anyone know if he was successful?

Deer jump ONTO your car because they are really really stupid. They usually don't jump into your car. That would suck, they have very sharp hooves and thrash about...
