put him on your ignore list like i have, trust me... so worth it.

Damn I came into this thread hoping to really pickup on something as a comparison between these 2 cars. Recently contemplated the purchase of the S2K as my weekend car and possibly selling the M3...luckily I read 9 pages and barely found out squat lol.

Also keep calling me whatever you like. You are very immature but... you are what you are!
If you call getting a S2000 a mistake, then you'll be surprise to find out that a lot of people on this forum made this so-call "mistake" before getting their E46 M. Is that their mistake or is that a coincidence? And I know some that went back to the S2000 to use it as a track car while keeping their M. Another coincidence? Or is there a reason why people are doing this?

Daasca is an ignorant prick. Just because the S2k is a honda, that automatically means to him that S2k's suck (or Sk2's as he calls them). He hates on "VTECH" even though he probably couldn't even explain how it works, or what its advantages are. He is very wrong, but its really not hurting anyone else but himself. Its one thing to say that you have personal experience, and the specific reasons you dont like the car is because its too twitchy and theres not enough space. It's another thing to assume that just because its a honda, it sucks. Whatever though, just earned a nice spot on my ignore list.

Kevin is a baller. He's got a highly modded E46 M3 and a modded 997 GT3, two great drivers cars, yet he still has respect for the S2k and what it is. <-- Idol

Petrol is a hypocrite. He calls daasca ignorant for hating on s2k's just because they're hondas, yet 2 posts back hes hating on LSx's just because they're GM's.

Cliff notes: This thread sucks worse than a drunk herpes infested *****...

I'm lucky enough to own and drive 3 of these cars at the same time. I just hate when someone talks shiet about a car that they haven't driven and judge it on the make of that car. It's like me talking shiet about Ford.

Don't give up because of this thread. Do more search and you'll find a lot more topics and no drama on the pros and cons of the S2000. Hell you can pm me the question if you want. Which M3 do you have? I wouldn't sell the M3 for a S2000 if I were you. The S2000 is a fun car to drive but it'll never surpass your M in other things.

No idea where this thread is going but for the record:
1. We had a beater Honda Civic in the family for 13 years. Couldn't wear it out. Great engine and totally fun to drive. Would love an S2000 if only I could fit into it. I see them at the track and love how they can cut through corners. I blow them out on the straights however.
2. Some GM products would look great in my garage, namely the ZR1 and the Holden-built Pontiac G8. The discontinued GTO (another Holden product) was stealth bad axx too.
3. Like one of my track buddies says, "don't be hatin'..."

Honda-powered cars had won 71 Grands Prix, by the end of the 1992 season.

Hondas aint no joke!
It's sad that Daasca only sees the H emblem and nothing more than that.
