Did you consider any reduction in throws with the AS kit? I don't personally like the super short throws found in most modern sports cars, but I think a very slight reduction would be just about perfect in the e46.

My brother has the 20% AS kit, it was too short for my tastes. I think he may be swapping to my 0% setup now that he tried mine. He seemed pretty blown away by it.

Yes.

His 0% reduction kit is perfection. I'll be changing my 20% AS kit to one.

Is the AS shift lever the same height as stock?

Nice! Took quite some time huh. Better late than never!

But damn, I'd love to grab an E46 one day and just completely strip it out and make it a track day car. I miss the sound of natural aspiration more than anything

Totally subjective and all personal taste. I have tried a 10, 20, and 30 and prefer the 20%.

Regardless of the throw you prefer, it makes shifting the e46M 200% better.

It's slightly different(few millimeters). Having it be exactly the same would have been a substantial price bump. I figured it was close enough.

Is dirtball currently.

Definitely is subjective. That being said, I doubt many have tried it(I have the only 0% AS kit as far as I know).

I still need to get out of break in on it too. Apparently they are substantially better still after 200 miles.
