Default New member looking for e36 M3 sedan. X3 MSport to trade

Hey all, I know this isn't the WTB forum but as I just registered I dont have the permissions to post there. Hope this doesn't upset anyone.
Im looking for an e36 sedan manual. Will consider all depending on price and condition.

Also if anyone is interested I have an X3 M Sport to trade listed here:

I like these x3's. Not too big, but still ample room for the usual 1 or 2 people plus cargo. Yours looks very clean too. GLWS but they'll probably move this post lol

Did you trade? Or add? The x3 is great but I’d have to have had a TERRIBLE month with the m3 to make that trade.
Either way congrats on the pickup! Post pics.

Nope still have the X3, they gave me a joke wholesale number on it but I showed it today and it looks like the guy is coming back tomorrow to take it.
I picked up a single owner, the most pristine 56k all original time capsule I've ever seen and just didnt think I would be able to get without paying 30k on BAT for "blue book" at a volvo dealer near my house last night that listed it and had no clue what it was worth. Unbelievable, honestly. Been looking for a long time.
The guys there were wondering why I was so excited over an "old bmw" lol. Maybe cuz the price is half of whats it's worth lol.
What really got me was the fact that it was so cared for and documented, I mean it has the flashlight in the glovebox, fuses in the trunk, original delivery materials and all. It was a local trade they said. Someone that does all that and then trades it for what?? 10k? I dont get it but Ill buy him a beer lol

The whole car is like that. Serviced entirely at BMW with records. Just crazy. And I was looking at 150k+ cars for the same money. Im not an overly lucky guy but this is one for me!

unfortunately dealer service is less than this car needs. Replace all the fluids, including the "lifetime" ones, and the cooling system right away. Then evaluate all the bushings under the car. Replacing them all will result in a car that drives like new as long as the shocks are fine.

Yup, I'm former ASE so all fluids and a cooling system refresh w/ electric fan, and plugs will be first. Bushings from what I saw underneath the car looked surprisingly good but I'll get it on the lift once its home tomorrow.
