So I was curious just how few of these cars are out there. Turns out just 35(!!) 2004 LSB/Black/6mt are out there. Iím not obsessed with numbers but Iím definitely happy to hear it is as ďrareĒ as it seems.

Screen capture of that forum I got the information from is below.

Looks clean for 183k on the clock. Looking forward to your restoration!

Finally got the car actually in my possession and up in the air. Itís definitely a mix of good and bad. The Koni suspension is only a year old and looks in good repair. I was replacing the brakes anyway so it doesnít really matter but the rotors are shockingly bad, huge lips on them.

As I could of expected but was hoping to avoid the car really does need new front lower control arms not just the bushing.

Would you happen to know how many slicktop LSB’s were produced? Manuals with black interior?

Custom setup to ďlaunchĒ the pistons out of the caliper. It worked!

Process of cleaning up the calipers, a little bit delayed because I had to order new pistons as they were very corroded.

Itís amazing the dirt youíll find on a car like this. This was all from the lip on the inside of the rear quarter.

Also, I DIYed this steering wheel wrap. I wonít be going into business anytime soon but it felt good to do another project at home.

Iíd give it a 7/10. Most areas are fine, around the hand grips could be better. I would give it a shot, itís actually kind of fun to do.
