Who knows what the two holes are for. Maybe their tray setup or whatever. Ignore them, there will be others you will ignore too and holes you need to drill because they still haven't fixed their shit to work with OEM fender liners.

So you got it in just a few days? Sounds like you selected express shipping at checkout and paid accordingly.
No, no...I had bought the under panel several month ago...I just didn't get their baffle as I had planned on using my stock one.

The baffle will force the air flow to the radiator.

I think they've forgotten they even publish an email address. Shocking service.
Well, I cancel the baffle order; however, I had used PayPal to pay, so I filed a case yesterday which PayPal escalated to a claim and I got my money back this morning. I did pointed out in my cancellation their reputation for untimely communication and product delivery.

I have a mm baffle I will sell you, Pm me

The two larger holes are for their splitter to mount under the under panel.

Could probably make one. Not a priority. This is a stand alone project that could be done later. That said, baffling to direct airflow to radiator significantly helps radiator and fan efficiency and thus helps cooling. Important for track cars, not so much for street cars. I have had no baffle or ducting for 8 years and at least 500 rwhp with a heat exchanger or intercooler further getting in the way, with no issues. But when I have time, I do plan to baffle and duct in the interest of efficiency. Efficiency is always a good goal.

Thanks however, I have the stock one. That's what I thought...it's for their splitter.

Good to know...I had also thought about installing without the baffle...since my stock one is in great shape, I'll use that.

I've never seen that baffle on stock parts before. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but that isn't OEM.

This is all I have ever seen

Brett, it seems that you're correct...I found no such baffle either on the M-trim front or on the insulation and air duct under vehicle trim. Here is a picture what came with mine when I purchased it as well as screen shot from RealOEM. It seems that my car had an aftermarket under panel. That second piece you showed...is that the baffle?
