Default E36 cubby gauge panel - LeatherZ / VAC / Bav Auto?

Looks like a few places make the 3 gauge panel / cubby replacement - LeatherZ, Bav Auto and VAC. Anyone have one and want to comment on which one is best in factory appearance / quality?

Bavarian Auto $199 (back ordered)

LeatherZ $112

VAC $179

Don't need you can't see them comments - I realize that its not ideal but the gauges are mechanical and that area is about the reach Im dealing with. I don't want a hokey DIY panel and want a radio so I want it to look as stock as possible so those are my options for now.

Thanks-

I know your not asking for this, but I didn't purchase one and ended up making my own because I wanted as stock as possible look. A spare cubby, some dremel work, sheet metal + small patch of leather, and some JB weld and you can make your own pretty cheap. Just an idea. Maybe someone else can chime in on the other products quality...

I agree -- nice job on the DIY panel! Wiring is well done as well.

That looks really good. Can't say I'm in love with the wiring, but Im also an electrical engineering tech and I wire race cars on the weekends so maybe I'm just being nit picky. Great job!

I bought the leatherz package with the boost option, haven't installed it but the quality looks nice and it arrived quickly.

I got the leatherZ panel.

I wouldn't recommend mechanical gauges. There is no reason not to do electrical, and many reasons not to use mechanical. (hot pressurized oil in the car is one of them...)

OBTW, I think I've got a few sunglass cubbies in the garage if anyone wants to try to make their own. ($20 shipped should do it...)
