If you're going to be using it with a 4/5/6 point harness (track/autox) and are 6'4, I'd very much suggest sitting in any seat you're considering. I'm the same height, and the harness holes in most seats (including the Sporster CS) are too low to safely use.

Harnesses should be unobstructed by (not touch) your seat and go between 0° and 20° downwards from there.

... and I'd very much suggest staying with known/good brands, as seats are a HUGE determiner in crash safety, and there's a ton of cheap scary china rep seats out there.

As far as Recaros, that relegates you to pretty much just the Speed and Speed S. I personally found them to be completely brilliant for aggressive street use.

Don't forget the Recaro Sport Topline.

They (and Sportsters) are of higher build quality that the Speed/SRD family of seats and generally shaped to accommodate larger people.

Whoops, you're right.

Z4M seats would keep the budget down. More comfortable, but actually less supportive for aggressive driving than the stock seats with adjustable bolsters. Similar feel to a Sportster..

Need to find a way to get this here...
French made off of the Renault Alpine A110.

I still couldn't figure out why I can't upload a full image on the page instead of a thumbnail.
