"If the US M3 has the AKI91 sticker, wonder what model had the AKI98 one."

91 AKI is 95 to 97 octane in the RON rating used in Europe. There is no AKI 98 sticker.

Mine has a 98 RON sticker.

And for sure they're not intended to be removed, they're bloody difficult to get off and leave a mess.

My airbag warning notice is a transparent sticker on the windscreen. Just as difficult to get off.

I hate them.

I would not have thrown mine away if I knew they were worth $25. Actually, I can't recall whether I have taken them off or not but assume I did in the last 12 years because they are for drivers who don't know much about these cars.

I guess we then should delete our oil level sensor, unless we don't know much about these cars and check the level ourselves.

Anyways, most people like them for originality, not because they don't know what to do. Mine still has the RON98 only sticker on the fuel gauge. You won't see me trying to put diesel in it.

btw, that sticker is a reproduction, it would not be $25 from BMW. Although E36 prices are getting more expensive every day.

Still have my original sticker installed. As for part numbers:
Label "premium fuel unleaded" ENGLISH 95 OCT. 71212122085
Label "premium fuel unleaded" ENGLISH 91 OCT. 71212122367

the ebay add says BMW e36 sticker 71212122367 Oil Label e34 z3 m3 cluster decal
Manufacturer Part Number: 71212122367 Other Part Number:71212122085 but that p/n is definitely wrong

Is there a 'Check Oil Level Regularly' decal p/n ?
As BMW originally made them, there must be a part number, even if no longer valid.

How do you know the one listed is wrong? I've had a lot of numbers from old parts come up as unknown.

Default Re: odometer cluster stickers

also the official dealer parts list show 71212122085 as label for fuel and not engine oil level, see for example leebmann24 in Germany, officially BMW dealer
Teilenummer 71212122085 Zusatzinformation ENGLISH 95 OCT.
Hinweisschild Super Kraftstoff bleifrei

and 71212122367 is shown here, also for fuel
https://www.ecstuning.com/b-genuine-...e/71212122367/

So 71212122367 and 71212122085 are definitely for fuel and not engine oil.

'Check Oil Level Regularly' decal p/n I could not find yet.

Yeah that's why I asked. Every ETK shows the fuel guage sticker, not the oil level. I'm a sucker for factory labels, but the oil sticker was omitted here, because we got the level sensor.
Although I still check with the good old dipstick. I hate modern cars that don't even have a dipstick anymore.

Edit: etm->etk
