i still have both.

when i bought my pile, it meant alot to me that they were still there after 8 yrs/100k miles

I know what you mean. When I was restoring the 635 I opted to keep the original windshield even though it still had a fair amount of sandblasting. It had the original sticker. which still looked new, for breaking in the motor in the top left corner...pretty good for 22 years old!
