Default 06' M3 Engine noise validation

Hello I recently purchased a 2006 M3 with 84k miles and I'm still getting used to this car. Recently the engine has been noisy and just wanted to validate if this sound is something I should be worried about or if this is normal. I searched around but couldn't find a similar sound.

That's valves ticking. Normal for the most part but it's hard to tell whether the ticking is louder than normal without hearing it in person. How long since last valve adjustment?

Oh thank you! I believe according to PO it was done 20k miles ago. I received the car with a fresh oil change from BMW. Does the engine naturally have noisy lifters/valves?
