Great info compiled in this thread. Even after watching youtube video and looking at posted pictures, getting the airbag off was a b****. The photos and descriptions helped me understand that my switch was the problem so immense time was saved. I ended up having to resolder the downshift microswitch. Everything went back together and paddles now both work great!!!

I seem to have lost the torx screw that holds the paddle in place

Anyone have a part number or extra screw laying around?!

First off, for the thread.

Second, seriously does no one make the little plastic pieces separately? Like the smart guy I am, I damaged the little plastic cover over the switch and need a replacement. $200 for a little piece of plastic is a little ridiculous.

If I don't hear anything, I'll probably spend a while just driving with the console shifter while I try to 3D print one! If I can get it sorted, it sounds like there might be a bit of market to make a few bucks on the side! I'll keep y'all posted on my progress. Of course, if someone knows of a cheap way to just buy one, I'd prefer that.

Have some left over smg parts. Screw and plastic thingy as well as wiring in the steering wheel. PM me if needed.
