I don't always shop for daily drivers, but when I do I prefer a brutal ride and steering devoid of feel.

Why is there no five seat option? Defeats the whole point of a practical hatch.

Drove my friends RS7 with an APR Stage 1 + Akropovic exhaust. It's bliss. In quiet mode it drives and operates normally. Put it in a sportier mode and mash the throttle and you can squeel the tires at 50mph or more. It freakin rips but is very usable and controllable.

No fifth seat, deal breaker for my six-figure, 12-second "practical" hatchback

Well because the RS7 is a hatch (unlike the 6-series GC) it does make it especially practical. It's not a deal breaker for me because I have other cars which seat >4 passengers, but it would have been nice if my Panamera had a middle seat.

It's amazing how much cargo space there is in the back of an A7.

Holy Moses, 3.2 seconds. I remember when 5 seconds was fast to 60 mph. All in all, I would say that it is:
