Default Recaro Sportster CS Discontinued

Got some news today that I didn't see coming but figured I'd share due to the popularity of the product for our platform.

Recaro has officially discontinued the Recaro Sportster CS in favor of their latest release the Sportster GT. If you prefer the cleaner/simpler look to the GT, now would be the time to place an order. Once they are gone they are gone, unless of course you find some on Ebay.

Ordered mine today so happy I could get in before it was too late. Now time to figure out how I'm going to mount them.

That is all.

Thatís sad. They stylistically matched our interior really nicely. If I wanted a recliner, itís likely the seat I would have gone with.

is the only difference between the CS and the GT just how it's upholstered?

Good question ... Iíd probably get mine reupholstered anyway with matching leather and OE heater pads, so couple hundred bucks each saved by getting the GT and then matching fabric to the CS could be nice.
