Short Shifter Kit since the stock one feels rubbery and imprecise. (ignore this if you have SMG)

After that, get a supercharger since it is the best bang for the buck. That was my first real performance mod (along with headers and sport cats).

Powerflex bushings. Wider, grippy tires.

Go with an intake. You'll like it. Makes your car sound a bit more meaner. I would say headers as a first upgrade and bang for your buck, BUT considering that you haven't done anything I'm assuming you want to keep it fairly stock? Headers would make it WAY loud and give you a CEL. Plus a tune and your up the price quite a bit.

There's plenty of options out there. None of which I can vouch for since I bought my car with an AFE. I like mine because of the shielding they do for heat, but I'm sure that other do the same. Only thing I can say is that I've read K&N's have a bad reputation for heat soaking.
