You can try adding caster so it doesnt rub as much in turns, or pull the liner completely (prob not recommended though).

From what I saw in mine, no amount of camber would have helped me clear those fender liners. It rubbed the front part of the liners, so idk why camber would do anything.
Oh so you saying the rubbing on the liners were around the front bumper area not the tops of the fender.

Also, I have very similar specs but I use 18" wheels so I can run a 265/35/18 which gives a little more sidewall and makes for a better ride.
Most people were running the 18x9.5 et22 with 265/35/18 tires but the 19x9.5 et25 with 265/30/19 would have the same over diameter, so if it works with the 18's it should work with 19's.

Not sure of castor settings of the people running this setup.

Well, unmodified, KWs use stock mounts, so stock amount of caster. You mention running more neg camber, so maybe you're using plates? Only a camber plate like GC/Turner gives caster adjustment, so if you have plates, you can max out the caster.

I still wouldn't run 9.5et22 with 265s though. 9"et30 like Apex's with 245 would be perfect I bet.

Well, if I go down this route I would be getting camber plates to get the -3 degrees.

I really prefer having a larger front tire. I know for sure 275/30/19 can fit in the front because I ran that size for many years. I feel the 245's are a bit lacking and twitchy up front compared to a 265 plus up front. Under steer is dialed out and the car feels more planted with the increase in mechanical grip.

Also I am stuck with the 19x9.5 et25 in the wheel setup I would like to run. A 19x9 is not available.

I had KW V2 with 265 square setup with 18x9.5 +35 and that didn't clear the springs without spacers. You will rub with your setup and probably will still rub the fender liner with spacers. It sucks but you can't run a 265 square setup on KW V2 without the front looking like a tractor.

Well a 9.5 with et35 seems like a higher offset, caused the wheel to hit the spring.

What size spacer did you run? Also did you run any negative camber?

It's weird because I ran 19x9.5 et 33 with both 275/30/19 and 265/30/19 at different times with zero issues.

Here is clearance on my 18x9.5 ET35 wheel with a 265/35-18 federal RS-PRO. I am running a 5mm spacer up front & have ST coilovers (progressive spring).

Hope this somewhat helps...
