Say yours comes back at 60ppm. That means shits about to hit the fan and itís about to go.
Doesnít really work on the s65. Later engines had no lead, and all engines can fail spontaneously, without warning, via lottery failure.

Review Run 3 online.
ACM NJ at one time charged $2,499 based on their regional post. I am not sure if that price still stands though.
For example with universal average. On the s54 the normal readout for lead is around 8-10ppm.

That sounds like elevated lead levels to me
