He can do whatever he wants. For someone who is steadfast in his decision, he is awfully sensitive to alternate suggestions.
I just wanted to know the best mounting solution. I didn't ask if you thought the seats were aesthetically pleasing nor did I ask you what your thoughts on the fabric were. But you gave those opinions anyway, then followed up by saying it was a better opinion and somehow you think that's polite?

I've been on m3forums.net for over a decade across a few different usernames and your pompous attitude has never wavered. You only receive a pass from the community because of your knowledge of the E36 platform - classic "big fish in a little pond" scenario. Then when someone tells you that your opinion was unwanted you cry about it. It's sad, but you are probably the main cause for this forum having limited activity, because you simply cannot provide information without injecting your own opinion along with it.

Here is an easy solution that most adults have figured out in their life by this point:

If you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all.

News flash, your question is going to be answered based on someone's opinion. Who the **** cares that I questioned the style choice? Did I call you a piece of shit for selecting those seats? No. Grow a backbone and quit flailing your arms up over benign comments on your seat choice.

Dude, Brett made a kind suggestion...all you had to say was a thank you and that you were already committed to what you got. Instead, your ego was bruised as you stated...if you do things with the expectation of an applauds from others, you will continue to be grossly disappointed.

People who sell fake recaros and make no mention of it should have the seats crash tested with themselves in it.
