I didnít even think about that. It was a rather cool day and they were only doing 2 pulls on each car. I wouldnít think it seemed necessary, but I could be wrong.

Update on the shifter, itís been about 800 miles and Iím a fan of it. There was still a bit of play from the tired/original selector rod, I replaced wit with a hefty Garagistic unit, figuring the additional weight down there will counter some of the leverage... itís not noticeable.

With the new DSSR it feels even better, the play that I was experiencing is gone and whatís left is very minimal and related to the internals of the trans. As of right now I have no desire to explore other shifter options.

I had originally planned to refurbish the OE headunit. But I found a pretty sweet deal on a Pioneer unit and just said to hell with it in favor of Bluetooth and usb capability.

After having audio I realized both rear speakers were gone. Stopped by Bestbuy and grabbed a set of 6x9 pioneer speakers and ordered adapters from Amazon.

I was surprised to find that the harness was removable from the OE speaker housings.
