Finally got some time to work on the seats. Here is the old seat drivers seat with the refinished drivers.

I still need to work on the headrests but they look great mounted in the car.

Light grey vaders really are beautiful when looking fresh. Nice work.

Nice job man, those look way better. I might try this... Problem is the leather itself is worn pretty thin, although it's not ripped through. And the stitching is slightly frayed. Would you mind sharing some close up photos of the stitching on the side bolster? I'd like to see that as a reference.

Im sure I can in the next few days, since my house in under construction the car is in storage. These seats had some previous repairs so the leather and foam were in pretty good shape, the finish was just bad.

+1, I really prefer the grey color in E36s (when clean) to what BMW used in the E46s. Looks so much classier.

I took it out for a long cruise yesterday. I missed driving it.

I have a few issues I need to sort out. I still need to do the headliner, or sunroof card at least and the passenger seat has a slight rattle I need to sort out. My ebay bluetooth factory radio quit working so I need to take that apart, but I might just put a cd43 or whatever in it.

I like to black them out since the grill is the only chrome on the car but to each their own.
