After reading so many strong reviews about Modbargains.com I decided to give them a try simply because their prices beat all others. Ultimately my opinion of Mike is exceptionally positive.

It started when I emailed about an apparent mistake on their website. A set of brake pads for the E36/7 M coupe was $8.00 cheaper than the same for an E36 M3. But as most of us know, both cars use the same pads. After speaking with Ron on the phone (who wasn't helpful at all) he told me to order the pads for the M3, which were more expensive. Then a few minutes after placing my order, I received an email from Mike telling me to order the cheaper pads.

In the end, Mike chased down my order number and had me refunded the difference, even after the deal was done. A classic example of a man standing by his word and being accountable for his company. Well done, and he has me as a loyal customer as long as the service remains exceptional!
Thank you for your review and feedback!

Nope, he decided to pursue a career in debt consolidation. I guess it's a booming industry right now in our economy where everybody owes everyone else money

Thanks for your order. I see you're in Hawaii, so our reps will be getting you a shipping quote ASAP on that. We will look at different options to get it to you as quickly but as economically as possible.

Thanks Mike! Do you sell Peake Research Scanning tools too? I need R5/FCX-3-16. Would love to throw that in the order also.

EDIT: No Peake Research at Mod Bargains.

Just got off the phone with Ron.

Stop Tech Discs are back ordered (expected) and hopefully come in next week. Shipping (to Hawaii), total of $142 S/H.

Planning on install 1st week of June. So far so good.
More to follow.

my VMR wheels I ordered with Modbargains was smooth and painless. Keep up the work! I too was hesitant because of the reviews, but the pricing with shipping was gr8!

Just made your shipping label, and e-mailed you the tracking number. If you didn't get the e-mail, let me know and I can PM it to you. Thanks again for your order and enjoy the brakes. That same kit served my own E46 quite well, I was very happy with it!

Glad to hear it! The VMR wheels are on backorder, a lot, but we do our best to manage the inventory and get wheels out to people as soon as possible.
