Question Any handy E36ers wanna retrofit me heated seats? (Tri-State Area)

Looking for someone handy to retrofit my 1997 E36 M3/4/5 some heated seats in the Central NJ/Philly area. Would rather pay a fellow forum member versus a shop and prefer someone who has already done this.

Thanks!

The only person I know of with a lot of E36 seat experience is Egebhardt, but he's in CA.

Hmm. Thatís unfortunate. Thanks for the info though. Maybe someone else will come through. Iím not that handy and do not trust myself with it the DIY guides. Feel like a specialty shop near me (Guten/VAC) would charge $$$.

Edit: never mind I'll crawl back into my hole now. Where is that delete post button?

Fwiw I'm swapping seat covers and other bits on my E46 and figured this must all be about the same. I didn't realize the E36 heating elements were separate and not stitched to the leather.

Haha I'm just busting balls.
Truthfully I don't know if he wants to swap heated seats right in, or install heaters in his current seats.
If its the latter, its a lot of work. You essentially get half way to completely reupholstering your seats.

The latter. I have a Non heated seat car with manual sport seats and would like to retrofit OEM heat bladders and OEM button wiring for both front seats.
