Arrow CA / Bay Area: 2001 Laguna Seca Blue M3 - 41k miles - Clean Title - 6speed Manual

Hi everyone, up for sale is my beloved Laguna Seca Blue E46 M3. I've owned the car for about a year and several months and only put about 4000-5000 miles onit. Previous owner had it serviced regularly at BMW San Francisco. Recalls were also done at BMW San Francisco. Inspection 1 done on time. Inspection 2 was recommended by the dealer to be performed at 55-60k. I have almost all the paperwork and service records. Oil was always changed with Castrol TWS 10w60 every 3-4 months. Last oil change was about 3 weeks ago.

2001 BMW M3 Coupe

Clean Title / No Accidents

41,000 Miles

6 Speed Manual Transmission

Laguna Seca Blue Exterior

Grey Interior w/ Black Trim

Options:

Cold Weather Package

Heated Seats

Adjustable Front seat Bolsters

Harman Kardon Premium Sound System

Fold Down Rear Seats

Car is completely stock beside the CSL front splitters.

Several Notes about the car:
-There is a small ding/scrach (about an 1/2 inch - 1 inch) on the passenger rear quarter panel.
-Theres a scratch on the leather on the bottom of the driver side door panel.
-Could use new tires soon.

Other than those. Car is perfect. I still have warranty on it (2012 or 100k miles, however, its not transferable) so if anything was wrong with it I would've had it serviced.

PRICE DROP!

SOLD!!!!!!!

Thanks!

there's no way to get that warranty to a new buyer? Can they pay to "take over" the warranty? Is there ANY WAY at all to get the warranty moved to someone else? Can they pay for a new warranty in their own name because this car has been warrantied?

Not that I know of. There are some warranties that can transfer and some with a limited number of times. Mine was transferred from the previous owner, but can only be transferred once.

Just out of curiosity, why do you change the oil ever 3-4 months if you've only driven the car 4000-5000 miles over the last few years?

I was told oil should be replaced every 4000-5000 miles or 3-4 months.

Ive seen this on CL for awhile now. Surprised it hasn't sold especially since people speak so highly of the color. Maybe if it had black interior it would of sold already.....Maybe lower the price a lil.

Yeah, market is tough right now. There has been lots of interest and lots of offers, but no real deals going through yet. The last few weren't able to come up with the money. I guess everyone's out there to find a slick deal, but I'm not in a real hurry to sell the car so I didn't entertain any low offers. Compared to almost all the other listings, I don't think I'm asking too much. I was asking 22,500, but I lowered it to 22,000 just to cope with the market I guess. But again, I will be considering all serious offers.

Sorry if I haven't replied yet. I might have lost track. Been getting a lot of emails regarding the car lately. Shoot me another email if I don't reply by tomorrow and I'll make sure I get back to you. Thanks!
