Both of these were recommended by two different local shops. I liked the Cab a lot, the Malbec blend was very smooth too.

More of my Italy experiment. This was ok. Not super remarkable. Probably wouldnt buy again, but I didnt suffer through it.

Plenty of tannins - but with a bit of softness, good minerality, not a lot of fruit to speak of. Relatively flimsy body. Not great mouthfeel. Quite puckery. Didnt even taste young. Typical italian IMO...
