My vents are set to the red dots. In summer I change the settings to the blue dots.

"Overspeed" or AVG speed?

Also, what is the "Limit: 85" in relation to? I don't think I have ever seen that read-out -- But maybe I just have never noticed it.

I use my "Consumption 1" to track consumptions on trips/between gas-fillups. I only reset it when going on longer trip or when refilling my tank. "Consumption 2" I don't ever reset. It only gets reset if the battery is pulled. I use this to track my "life-long" consumption averages. Being that I live in the city and thus mainly drive in the city, my AVG Speed is embarrassingly low. I often wonder if the car counts idling at 0mph at stop lights/traffic into the average speed calculation. Based on my AVG speed that it shows, you would think I am driving a moped rather than an S54 with V1 stepped headers.

Never knew about the over speed function.

My MPG readout is way off - like 30mpg - because it's based on injector pulses and I have bigger injectors for the SC. My calculated MPG is about ~16 on the weekends, and ~24 on road trips where I average 80+. I can still get ~26 if I sit at 65, but that's boring.

I prefer measuring smiles per miles.

^ I do exactly the same...at every fill-up for Cons1.

The "Limit" is dumb...I know how fast I'm going, and I mean to go that fast! Maybe good for when your kids are driving. Sounds a little "dong" when you hit it.

Interesting. Still learning something new with this car ever day, it appears. First I have heard of this "limit" feature. Typically, I use Waze for that speed limit "alarm".

I've got my first gas calculation going since I added the Schrick Cam. It SEEMS to use about 20-30% more fuel than it did before, but I'll find out soon.

My driving style demands a lot, but that hasn't changed with the cam.

Wow, that is more than I would have expected. 30% more fuel -- Ouch. When I am driving "spirited" my consumption is anywhere from 13-17. I can't imagine it being 20-30% worse than that (10-13mpg).
